The Bill suggests determining "that the availability during more than years of the vacant post of the Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine has negatively influenced the organization of the Security Service of Ukraine activity, led to the loss of supervision in the Security Service etc".
The Bill envisages that the Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine should in particular: legislatively evaluate the violations of the Ukrainian System of Law concerning the SSU activity; the guilty should be called to account; SSU should be absolutely depoliticized etc.
The Bill also envisages the recommendations for the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine aimed at the improvement of the prosecutor´s supervision for the laws accomplishing during the activity of the Security Service of Ukraine.
According to the Bill, Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine should scrutinize information of the Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine and Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning the accomplishment of the Resolution.
